Tánaiste responds to RGDATA re Advertising Standards and Consumer Protection

Tánaiste Leo Varadkar has responded to RGDATA following our complaint about the Competition & Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and the Advertising Standards Association of Ireland (ASAI) handling of a complaint by RGDATA over misleading advertising and how the current system is toothless and flawed.
