Taoiseach urged to take action on Duty of Care Reform: RGDATA

RGDATA has written to Taoiseach Michael Martin asking him to address the reform of the Duty of Care legislation as a matter of urgency as independent shops and other SME businesses and community organisations are desperate for a reduction in the cost of insurance premiums. RGDATA Director General Tara Buckley said that the Government’s Spring Legislative Programme should have included the long-promised reform of the Occupiers Liability Legislation.
