NEW DRAFT RETAIL PLANNING GUIDELINES PUBLISHED FOR CONSULTATION

The new Draft Retail Planning Guidelines published yesterday evening are attached. See RGDATA’s initial response in the attached press release. RGDATA is currently examining the new proposals and will be in touch with issues of concern and points about changes and areas that should be strengthened. Submissions must be in by 20 December. RGDATA is drafting a submission and we will be encouraging members to make individual submissions.
