RGDATA OBJECTS TO TESCO RUSH RETENTION APPLICATION
RGDATA has objected to an application by planners on behalf of Tesco Rush for retention after the store was built and opened last December despite being in breach of conditions in the original permission.

RGDATA has commented on the appeal to An Bord Pleanala by Rose O’Loughlin, the Keadeen Hotel, Ballymany Road, Newbridge, Co Kildare, who seeks the construction of a single storey Aldi Licensed Foodstore with 91 car spaces. The local council refused permission for the development.

RGDATA COMMENTS ON TESCO ENNIS FURTHER INFORMATION
RGDATA has made additional comments to Ennis Town Council regarding further information relating to the development of a large Tesco Licensed Foodstore of 7.834 sqm incorporating a restaurant and café with 610 car spaces on a site outside Ennis Town centre and removed from the retail core.
